I tried the Kolsch last night. I did not think it was as bad as Hines was alluding too. I did find it to be undercarbonated but that could be due to a lot of things. I did get a green apple and a perfume like aroma that was a bit odd. I think that the beer may have been a bit underatenuated but I did not take an FG reading. The pH of my sample was 4.22-4.23 and I plan to try the other beer tonight.
