Dunno about the printing - I'd probably sand it off or use solvent.

About a doz brews into the cpvc system without sanding off the ink and no ill health effects. I'm sure I've put much worse in my body.

Ditto on down - should work well. I would really put some hose clamps on though. It only takes one time knocking something loose in a hot mash.... been there before.Have fun Sunday, have some ice and extra hot water if mash temps are way off - if only 3 - 5 df - don't worry. It'll be beer and will get easier the more you use the tun.

+1000 slots down..Id also add 2 more short cross pipes as well, one on either side of your center pipe. Your fly sparging eff. will appreciate it.
