Thanks, Ken. I'm really enjoying it. The first two beers from the new "brewery" have really turned out nicely. I'm excited to be brewing again!

Flavor-wise, the backbone is there. It didn't finish as dry as the commercial and had too much melanoidin character and caramel sweetness. Probably swap out the munich for vienna or do a 50/50. Back off on the caramunich to 2 oz and make about 10% grist flaked corn.
152F would be a bit warm for the mash, in my brewery, to make a dry lager.

You're missing out. Great refreshing warm weather beer. It's my one of my summer go-tos.
how did they get the beer into the glass without opening the bottle???

Yes, definitely a factor to consider.
That's a nice-looking beer, JKOR. Very nice, indeed. Nice clarity already, nice color, etc. I would say you're in mid-season form!!
Nice work.
Yes, the clarity is good. I was happy with that aspect. It wasn't as clear as the commercial (obviously) but really not bad. A couple weeks in the fridge will leave it pretty clear I'd imagine.
Commercial, left. HB, right.
