So, we were supposed to get the episode done for today. One problem, the editor quit yesterday (not because of us apparently) He was working with us as a side project, but he's a media editor/filmographer for Dan's company and he resigned yesterday. He has made a rough cut that is about 30 minutes long, but we need to cut it down some more. So Dan is going to try and learn how to do that very fast while we search for a new editor. The second episode is going to be a nightmare to cut up. So it might be a few weeks before we can get the second one done.

Jersey, I'm from Tampa, but my family is from up north, mom from Jersey. So occasionally I get a jersey accent in their too. I'm a mutt of dialects.

maybe it's the combo of living in FL and being from NJ.

so yeah - surprised about small batch size.
so is your co-host kind of playing dumb in terms of his brewing knowledge just for the sake of the show and making the conversation natural? I notice you don't ask any "uninformed" questions while he was.

Yeah, we figured the first episode, talk about the brewing process in a basic way. The next episode will be a little less dry and will have tons of footage from events, cut-ins describing things, jokes, and such and so on.

So here's an update...
My partners company is in trouble and it might look like our access to the equipment might be gone. Like 98% sure that we won't be working with them anymore. We have some personal equipment we can use, but it's not as good. We'll make due.
One of my buddies is helping to edit the footage we got for beer week, but it's slow going.
