Sweet looking finger joints on the enclosure.
I hope the wood enclosure is not a thermal problem.
Never actually calculated theta for wood in any of my designs.
BTW Theta is thermal resistance.

So I'm a dumb ass.
The PID I have for my rig shows on the side how to wire up the temp probe. It shows both a Thermocouple or RTD probe. The model number is rubbed off the label so I could not tell what type mine used so I took a gamble and got a new RTD probe. Wont work, mine only uses K type thermocouples.

I received my new K type thermocouple and it works great. Ill be doing another test run tonight with just water again and this weekend Ill be brewing with it.
