No. No you can't.Ha! Thanks. The wet hop beer was a last minute deal. My buddy is up in MI for the harvest and texts me that he has a pound or two for me. Can't say no.

Yep. Just finished the last of the cleanup and I'm in the backyard having a glass of my Flat Earth Dark Hoppy Wheat beer. Yum. The brew session went particularly smooth today from the pH & temp readings, the timing of everything, getting the batch of MLPA into the secondary so I could grab the 1056, etc. Smooth & hassle-free... as it should be. Cheers to you CWG!Beer in fermenter and I'm out having a beer.

Ooh, baby... a long day (and night) of brewing. Get after it, CWG!My pH is out of whack lately. I used to be dead on with ez water. Now it seems like I hit my number without the acid. When I have added the acid before checking my pH, my number is too low.Just milled my second batch and began heating my strike water.

Technically, I brewed yesterday (8/14), but i will post anyway.
Brewed my latest batch of my Moving Day IPA, and thanks to a pitch of fresh US-05 slurry, the primary is rocking along.
Grist was Pils, Munich, C-40/-80 and Special Roast to an OG of ~1.070 and ~10 SRM.
Hop bill (all pellets) was Columbus for bittering, and Cascade for FWH, 10-min flavor addition, and 20-min hopstand after flameout, to ~75 IBU's total.

Nothing brewing this weekend. Gonna work on the keg cleaner and clean/sanitize about 30 kegs.
