1# pork (chicken or beef would work too)
1 Tbs fish sauce
1 Tbs sugar
2 tsp soy sauce
.25 tsp ground pepper
.3 c shallots, minced
2 cloves garlic minced
2 Tbs mint
mix it all together, roll it into small, 1 inch balls, grill or broil until done. wrap them in lettuce leaves and dip in nuoc cham sauce. Freaking incredible.
