As if I needed more indecision when browsing the beer aisle.

I bought Spaten and Great Lakes O'fests this past Saturday. Gonna pick up a case of Dundee O'fest this weekend. Very good beer for the price.

I will have to try to Dundee, can't say as they have impressed me too much with their other styles. Harpoon, Southern Tier, Bells, and a few others have been pretty good in years past.

Can't wait for Bob's '47 to hit the shelves. Boulevard's seasonal that is usually worth anticipating. But then I have to deal with the store owners again. Really haven't been in much since I went over the top brewing - haven't given them much business at all. I don't buy much storebought anymore and when I do it's something special that they don't have. So I go a little further to buy it. Last time I bought anything there I think they were worried I was on step 13 of a 12 step program since I hadn't been there forever.

It's hard to find a good O'fest around here unless you like a Sam, that is.

You need to tell those clowns at SNBC that thier O'fest should be bottled and have a national distribution...

I think that the time of the O'fest are not that bad. They seem to come out about 1 month before the event (remember that the festival is Sept 19 - Oct 4). It is Sept festival not really an Oct festival like the name implies. We will start seeing X-mas beers in Oct

Sam's is not bad for an American O'fest. They can't hold a candle to Spaten and H-P though. I think O'fests stay on the shelves year round here. I don't recall ever not seeing them.

Saw Bob's in lawrence at Jensen's. Almost bought it last night but I opted for the boulevard pils because I hadn't tried it yet. (P.S. the pils is great!)

I really like the Sam Adam's Ofest. Paulaner and Hacker Pschorr are my favorites. Pulaner seems to be on the shelves here year round.

I just picked up Dominion and something else. Some Charlottesville, VA brewery. I was a little surprised to find O'fests coming out in August, but whatever, I'll enjoy them ;) I like to sample the southern breweries when I'm down in DC.I'm also with Mtn on the SA O'fest, that probably my favorite Sam Seasonal.

I think I'll just brew one myself this year. The German imported ones would be great, if they weren't all old and oxidized.

It feels like every tank at Schlafly is full of O-fest right now.
