Hmm, I have seen that pic before and it's beautiful. If I were to make this beer without the color, I might still try to get a bit of amber color in it but we'll see. Yours looks almost like a pilsner! Cheers.No color! Just look how refreshing it looks when it is nice and pale!

I think this was 50/45/5 Pils/wheat/caravienne if my memory serves me right. I would love to have a glass of that at my desk right now!
