Thought I would do something different for a side with the pulled pork on the smoker today.
About 1 lb of grated Daikon Radish
3 grated carrots
1 chopped Anaheim Pepper
1 diced red onion
black sesame seeds
mix dressing then add while tossing
2/3 C rice wine vinegar
2 T sesame oil
1 T Cock Sauce then adjust to taste
1 t salt
1 t sugar
better if refrigerated for a few hours/overnight.
leftovers will probably get turned into Banh Mi
