I do it once in a while. I live close enough to work that I can mash in at noon, or sometimes sneak away midafternoon to start it. Lately, it's been Th/Fri afternoon, or the weekend. Nice to be able to do that but when I'm not there I can't pay myself...........OTOH, this works real well. WTH. I think that was posted as EST, it wasn't quite as dumb as it sounded since I'm CST. That was a great beer..............Who else brews on week nights?

This..I dunno whats up with me either...Man, that's some pretty serious brewing BrewerGeorge. It seems that for one reason or another, this summer keeps getting away from me. I've brewed two batches since May and am really in need of another 10 gallon batch soon. You might just have inspired me to try a session tonight while I can.

I've been in a bit of a slump all year too - only 35 gallons up to this run when I normally hit about 150 gal/yr. That's why I was a bit surprised by my recent compulsion to brew.This..I dunno whats up with me either...
