Apparently the ;publisher started using a new fulfillment company to print and ship the books and they were behind.  AFAIK, they're caught up now and shipping.  Unfortunately, they printed it backwards!

Pretty close, but I used a LOT more bittering hops.  3.5 oz. of 17.5% Columbus.

I bought it.  Nice recipes and workups on the breweries.  I like it.

Thanks!  We get the galleys fro "Experimental Homebrewing" in the next couple days to look over and I'm excited to see how it compares.
