I will also post in the recipe sectionDough:2 T unsalted butter, softened, plus 2 T melted1 cup warm milk1/2 cup warm water1/4 granulated sugar1 package rapid rise yeast3 1/4 cup all purpose flour2 t saltCoating:1 cup packed light brown sugar2 t ground cinnamon8 T unsalted butterGlaze:1 cup confectioner's sugar2 T milk1. Oven rack at medium low, heat oven to 200. When it hits 200, turn it off. Lightly grease a bowl with pam. Butter a bundt pan with 2 T softened butter. Set both aside.2. Mix milk, water, melted butter, granulated sugar, and yeast together in a large measuring cup. Stir flour and salt together in the bowl of a standing mixer with dough hook. Mixer on low, slowly add milk mixture. After dough comes together, increase speed to medium, and mix until dough is shiny and smooth, 6-7 min. Turn the dough onto lightly floured counter, and knead briefly to form a smooth, round ball. Place in greased bowl and coat the surface with cooking spray. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the warm, turned-off oven until the dough is doubled in size. 50-60 minutes. Sugar Coating:Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together in a bowl. Place melted butter in second bowl. Set aside. To Form the Bread:1. Remove dough from bowl and pat into rough 8-inch square. Cut dough into 64 pieces by quartering. Roll each piece into a ball, and working one at a time, dip the balls into the melted butter, allowing excess to drip back into the bowl. Roll in brown sugar mixture, then layer the balls in the greased Bundt pan, staggering the seams where dough balls meet as you build layers. 2. Cover the Bundt pan tightly with plastic wrap, and place in the turned off oven until the dough balls are puffy, and have risen 1 to 2 inches above the top rim of the pan, 50-70 min.3. Remove pan from over, heat oven to 350. Remove plastic wrap from pan, bake until top is deep brown and caramel begins to bubble around the edges, 30-35 min. Cool in the pan for 5 min, the turn out on a platter and let cool slightly about 10 min.Glaze:While bread cools, whisk confectioner's sugar and milk together in a small bowl until smooth and no lumps remain. Drizzle over warm bread with a whisk.Serve warm, eat the shit out of this stuff until you are crying because you ate half a loaf of monkey bread.
