Not sure about quantities, but I'd mix the juice with honey, ferment, add berries, age and package.

Blue Apple crumble - 6 Gallon OG 1.135 FG 1.008
Ingredients:
15 Lbs Wildflower Honey
8 Lbs Blueberries
5 cups Maple Syrup
8 oz light DME
4.5 Gallons Unfiltered Apple Cider
3 teaspoons of Ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon of nutmeg
6 Cloves – Ground
2 Vanilla Beans cut into ¼†pieces
Juice from 3 ½ or 4 lemon's
5 grams Yeast – Lalvin 71B-1122
5 grams Yeast – Lalvin ICV-K1 (V1116)
GoFerm – yeast hydration nutrient.
Fermaid-K – nutrient.
Diammonium phosphate – nutrient
Procedure:
Heat 5 cups of Cider to 120 Deg F and turn off the heat. Stir in the honey Add all spices lemon, cover and let steep for 15 minutes. Add to cider in primary. Pitch the re-hydrated yeast when the must is about 75 Deg ( have yeast and must very close to the same temp).
Primary Ferment @ 62 Deg F.
Add Stg 1 nutrients after 5 hours of pitching the yeast
Rack to secondary in 1 week or when SG is 1.008 then stabilize
Rack in 4 weeks, and again in 8 weeks. if needed again in another 8 weeks
Stablize and Bottle when clear.
Age 9 months to a year
