I'm assuming that they helix in opposite directions so you get a shearing action instead of in the same direction so they would mesh like gears if they were pushed together.A couple of good pics from the front and almost end of the rollers would be very helpful.

There is no point in making a bunch of different roller sets until I get it right when I can adapt something from the large scale system that has been proven to work.

Wet mills also reduce dissolved oxygen in the mash, for those who have HSA phobia.

The last sentence in the section... "Wet mills are no longer manufactured."

You will see wet mills being manufactured while you are in Austria.
