I thought you had a T-shirt that said that. That's the worst part of judging. You judge out of those plastic head-killing solo cups. I've always wanted to bring my own tasting glass to comps but I figured that would result in me being "that guy".

Same here, usually the snifter type from Unibroue, Ommegang, Dogfish Head or Duval. Shaker glasses are for guest that don't care.I pretty much drink every beer out of a Unibroue Maudite Snifter type glass or an etched Unibroue Chalice. All homebrews and all high ABV beers go through one of these. "Regular" beers still go through a specialty glass. The only shaker I have is a Bell's that I keep around because it was the first "beer only" glass I bought. I have several other specialty glasses but I prefer the Unibroues over anything.Speaking of Unibroue, I just finished a 750 of 2011 Grand Reserve 17. Very delicious.

Wrong...gotta have some chalices.I keep 3 types of glass around. Nobody really needs more than that imo. I keep a snifter, tulip, and a shaker. Snifter gets big beers (hoppy ones too) tulip gets my Belgians, and the shaker gets session beers. Really dont need anything else.

Lol. You know, I guess I'd better break out the chalice since you are calling me out!BlktRe I have to chuckle at your utilitarian approach to glassware as compared to about every other thing that you involve yourself with, especially since this is such a beer geek thing
