Stars-san is my favorite sanitizer, however, it dulled my Formica counter.Since then we’ve replaced the counter with corian.Rather than make that mistake again, has anyone notice any ill effects from getting star-san on their Corian counter top?

I would guess it would damage it in it's undiluted form. I'm not sure about diluted though. I know I'm EXTREMELY careful around my granite counters with the starsan.

Any scraps lying around to test on?

I know this doesnt answer the original question, but I used melanine for some of my brew shelves. I got undiluted starsan on it and didnt notice it. Over time, it ate the crap out of the white layer. My contribution.Yea finding an installer of whatever material and getting some small scraps could be an interesting test. I bet the 5-star folks could tell you too, but they might be overly conservative not wanting to remodel your kitchen.

Undiluted, it would definitely be risking damage unless cleaned up immediately. Diluted to working strength should be safe, about the same pH as Coca-cola.
