You might be giggling until your head is pounding, but you know that already. Do you have a lab at work that could tell you how much fusels were produced? I hope you're making this a small batch.What happens when you brew an ale and let it ferment at room temp, when room temp is like 85 degrees?It won't be good, but how bad will it be? That is something I am actually interested in.Just for shits and giggles this one is.BrewBasser
