Doing a fruit wheat beer this weekend. What hops should I use? I'm thinking Hallertauer, and something in the teens for IBU's. Any opinions on this?

Mild hops... Hallertau, Tettnanger, Mt. Hood, Spalt, Tradition, Styrian Goldings, Crystal, etc. Only 1 hop addition at 60 minutes (IMO), and anything up to maybe 20 IBUs.

Pretty much what I was thinking.
