I know that Cav is a huge critic of bitters and was looking to make something fairly close to modern english bitter. Here's where I'm at: Pale Ale Malt .25-.5 lb c120 (extra dark british crystal 150L if I can find it) Goldings @ 60 and 15 Cascade or Delta @ flame out (maybe try out the whirlpool addtion - other thread) OG 1.045-1.050 28-30 IBU Thoughts???
