4 tbsp olive oil¾ cup orange juice1 cup tequila4 tbsp white vinegar1 large onion, chopped6 cloves garlic1 habanero chile1 lime3 tbsp smoked paprika1 tbsp kosher salt1 tbsp black peppercorns, cracked1 small handful each fresh cilantro and rosemary2 1/2 - 3 lbs chickenRemove the zest from the lime and place it, along with the other ingredients, into a blender. Add the juice from the lime itself and process until smooth. Add chicken and marinate for a minimum of 2 hours, but preferably longer. Grill until cooked through.
