Send it to me.Seriously, it makes good mead, but the esters won't blow you away. You've got enough for at least three batches, maybe do a lighter gravity sparkler (1.090ish), a medium and a sweet.

Dry sparling sounds good. I'd like to do one with blueberries as well.

1 gallon honey and 4.5 gallons honey will get you what you're looking for. No heat, SNA, us-05 is a go to for me...ready in ~8 mo, but better with age.

1 gallon honey and 4.5 gallons honey will get you what you're looking for. No heat, SNA, us-05 is a go to for me...ready in ~8 mo, but better with age.

Do you mean water?I would suggest checking out the Vintner's Harvest blueberry products if you want to put fresh blueberries in it. Sounds like you will have some great mead next year!

Walker's Fruit Basket sells fruit bases for wines - pure juice, no reason you couldn't use their blueberry juice to make a melomel. I've used their reisling juice for pyments - probably some of the best mead I ever made now that I think about it.

Wow! I have never heard of them and that product sounds amazing. Do you have a link? I am so over trying to filter out cellulose
