or structured beatings. Everyday at 8 am and 7 pm. It's scarier when they know it's coming.

How about a mix of random and structured beatings? I mean really you never know what's going to work on different people.

He'll have to test it out and see what happens. You really need to sprinkle in the random beatings gently though.

I'm sure there's a bunch of guys at Langley that are dying to use their waterboarding skills.

Hmmmm....these are all great ideas. I could also take one of my old kegs and really taint the beer...its already oxidized. I could add something really vile. I was going to change my lines out this year at some point anyway and this might deter him altogether. All the brainstorming is giving me a whole lot of ideas. In regards to a shut off valve, would you be concerned about that causing some turbulence and cause foaming issues? Id rather not have to be inconvenienced with taking the ball locks on and off all the time, the beatings might be the easiest resolution! (-:

Maybe a Keck clamp? Not sure it would be good on a pressurized line though.

How about one of those theft deterrent devices that sprays you with ink when you try to open it, or pull the tap in this case?

Hmmm...I could fill a junk cornie with paint and pressurize it and just wait until I see a red/yellow died roomate. Might be a bit of a mess to clean up, or perhaps just wait until i know he will go get some and turn the pressure up to 50-60psi and watch him get showered.
