This is a recipe that I first heard of on the Sunday Session of the BN. Nate Smith created this recipe and I tweaked it for my systum. It is a very nice IPA. Not a huge bitterness but very floral and citrusy with a nice rounded bitterness. My wife who does not like bitter IPA's even enjoyed this one.
