This is a recipe that I first heard of on the Sunday Session of the BN. Nate Smith created this recipe and I tweaked it for my systum. It is a very nice IPA. Not a huge bitterness but very floral and citrusy with a nice rounded bitterness. My wife who does not like bitter IPA's even enjoyed this one. For those of you that picked up Delta at the Hops Direct sale, you may want to give this a try.
