have to call this one Procrastinator CyserI bought 4 gallons of Martinelli Gold Medal Ciderand 11 lbs of homey last falland forgot about itso I tasted one, and it still tasted good, what the hellI had to decrystalized the honey, that sucked, but oh well4 gallons of Martinellis cider11 lbs of Amber commercial Honey1/2 gallon of watertreated overnight with K-meta to kill potential baddiesGravity of 1.1102 packs of 71B rehydrated in GoFermO2 Aeration for 1 minute with pure O2will decide on potential spices in secondarywill also follow the SNA debating adding a buttload of Huckleberries

need this to get rolling, my dry yeast I pitched was expired :crybaby:I tried to make up for it by using an extra pack and Go-Ferm, but I am seeing barely any activity and suspect I need to make a trip to the LHBS for some yeast. I do have a fresh cake of Ale Yeast i wasn't planning on re-using too, an experiment may be in order.
