Alpine Duet and Pure Hoppiness, Kern River Citra, GF Palate Wrecker, Ballast Point Sculpin and a non IPA homebrew. The homebrew is a brown porter aged on cedar and rosemary.

Sculpin is a great beer though.

The trade was 2 KBS and a BCBS Bramble Rye for the 2 Alpine beers and the Citra DIPA the others in the pic were extras he added to the box. The extras I added were a homebrew cyser, Smutty Baltic Porter, CBC Sgt Pepper and Peoples pint barrel aged Impy stout from 2008.

nice, i swapped a Bomber of Alaskan smoked Porter with Weave for a bomber of Custom Brewcrafters Signature Series Russian Imperial Stout, his should get here one of these days

That on I look forward to the most, bottled end of March and stored cold since so definitely fresh still. Besides I have seen a pic of your cellar, you have plenty of ammo to trade for a few of them. Doing an IP trade in a while that is landing me another Westy 12 plus a 4-pack of Heady Topper, giving up 2x KBS and 2x Zoe.

Oh I do my share of trading .. I am just a sucker for sours these days. Just got 3 beatifications this week. One of these days we need a Mass meet-up.

I am sure you will like those Alpines. I have had a few of them and really enjoy the beer they make, Nelson was my favorite.

Palate wrecker quite good, I have had it on draft a few times. I am such a hophead lately no beer could bother my palate by being bitter.

Cavman,I was browsing some beer news on alltop.com/beer and saw a post from fullpint.com that had the 10 dankest beers. I was looking over them and remembered this post. I see Palate Wrecker is on there and I thought you had Alpine Nelson as well I see it is Duet but still looks like a winner having some SIms and Amarillo hops. Cool, the #1 on that list Heady Topper I also picked up in a trade yesterday. So I have 2 of them in my fridge right now and have had 5 of them overall.

That is one that I haven't had based on the onion rep it has. From the list I have had Heady Topper,Palate Wrecker, Mo, Lagunitas Sucks and Evil Twin Disco Beer.
