I'd love to try it. Maybe some day a Czech beer tour. For now, when my Polotmave Výcepní finishes I will split the yeast cake on a double brewday and brew U Fleku and Svetlé Výcepní.That U Fleku beer is awesome!

Wow, so NO sulfates at all? What is your mash temp?I was gonna brew a Polomavé Výcepní Czech session amber today but I pulled a bunch of muscles in my side so I'll have to wait until next wkend. I based mine on 1/2 of the recipe for U Fleku Lezak--dark lager, assuming it would be mixed 50/50 with a Svetlé Výcepní Pivo--session pale.
Here's some good stuff on U Fleku https://www.brewersas...bohemian-dunkel
My recipe:
100% RO water, 3/3g CaCl2 mash/BK
82% Weyermann Floor Malted Bopils
16% Dingeman's Munich
8% caramunich III
1% acid malt
1% Carafa II
24 IBUs of whatever @ 60
1 oz Spalt Select @ 15
1.5 oz Saaz 175F whirlpool
Wyeast 2278
