Over rated? Anyway this sounds awesome for Ashville, as well as NC and the East Coast as a whole

the jobs are great, the beer is over-rated.

right on...the speculation about both companies ended up being correct. 2 big wins for nc recently.

They have some really good stuff. Not so much their flagship, but other solid offerings. It definitely ain't no BMC stuff.

meh, i find sam adams to be more interesting/solid across the board than anything I've had from new belg

i find new belgium to be inconsistent. but, when it's good, it's good.

I'm happy with anything that pumps money into the local economy.I'm not a New Belgium fanboi by any means, but their stuff is better than budweiser.

I am saying given the choice of those two I will consistently go with NB products of BB products, the BB products almost unfailingly are oxidized and stale by the time I get them here

same for here. i was pleasantly surprised when i visited the jamaca plains brewery.

Sierra Nevada and now New Belgium!! Welcome to NC!! Looks like I will need to take a few trips out to Asheville,, oh darn. NC craft beer continues to grow...Yea!! I would love a Ruthless Rye from SN and some Ranger from NB hopefully brewed here on the east coast.

Talk about inconsistent. JP makes some of the best and most original American beers I have ever had, but their QC is lacking at best. I understand the whole wild element, but I ain't lyin!
