They are very cool looking. Theyd look better hanging on the wall then sticking out of a mash tun. U using a CNC program to carve them?

Yes, I am using a CNC.

How about one with Hop cones as holes in the paddle. Can you make these from other materials (maybe something synthetic)?

I would be concerned with putting something synthetic into my mash. That is why I leave them unfinished. Hop cones as holes would be fine. The corners of the cone will not be very crips as the bit I use is 1/4 inch.Best,DeepSea
