Nope. I haven't noticed any difference in foam quality from cans vs bottles, from any brewery. Even from what a style dictates. Now stop worrying so much and get me some cans in Ks.You guys ever notice any problems with your foam from the can? MolBasser

Sometimes Dale's can be too foamy. Also I have a sixer of some IPA that I can't remember (Maui?) that I have to be careful when opening. I had one foam up on me the other night. I think it's from agitation when popping the top rather than anything inherently wrong with the cans themselves. May also have something to do with the altitude. You guys ever notice any problems with your foam from the can?

No. My anectodal evidence suggests that if I've been exercising, the salt from my sweat reacts with the metal of the can and I get a metallic taste. This never happens when I pour the beer into a glass.Do you have metal fillings or metal bridges/crowns? My two front teeth are metal crowns capped in porcelain fronts, but the backs are exposed metal. If I drink anything acidic (like beer or soda) from the can, the acidic environmental creates an electrical charge between the metals and I get that metallic flavour. That's why I pour into a glass from a can and why I suggest that SNBC marketing folks put it on the label "Best if poured into a glass."
