Ok, this is a nice chmaber build you have there but I have to ask what is the advantage to go through all the trouble in building that when you could just get a chest freezer and ranco and be done with it? The only thing I could see is not having to lift the fermenter over the freezer and to me that doesn't seem like a good enough reason. There are ways around that like using co2. And god forbid the guts of your refer take a crap, that would be a PITA to redo the whole thing. Still a nice build though! Oh and Blktre has the right idea with the cold pack gel thats the way to go. I think I got a small blue cold pack from the dollar store and just pryed the plug out the end and stuffed in my probe. Attach the whole works to the side of your chamber and your set you dont have to worry about it tipping over or moving it ever.
