hmmm - seems like making something to just clean the posts would be pretty easy...

In reality the whole thing is pretty easy and cheap. You just got that new pump, break it in!

well - the cleaning the inside of the keg is pretty easy. I hook up a hose with a sprayer to my sink and I can blast the inside with hot hot water at very high PSI.

My procedure:That night or day after a keg blows I will at least rinse it, usually clean with PBW and leave in for at least an hour (usually 24). This includes taking off posts and dip tubes and soaking in pbw while I rinse the hop/yeast crap out.Half fill with Star San when I going to fill and shake. usually do two or so and sometime move it to empty keg and let it sit for a day. I'll often re sanitize that keg when filling.
