I try to always keep an AIPA on tap all the time and the last 5 or 6 have been my stand-by 100% Centennial. I'd like to switch the hops up for the next go 'round. I'm happy with the current grain bill, roughly 85% 2-row Pale Ale, 10% Vienna and the balance 60L crystal and CaraPils. OG of 1.060 and ~70 IBU. I have good amounts of American Magnum, Chinook, Centennial, Cascade and Amarillo on hand. I've got a good grip on how these guys do on their own (with the exception of Chinook- haven't used that one on it's own) but I'm not sure how well they play well together. Anyone have any sugestions? Thanks in advance, Beach

I'd try to get about 25% of your IBUs from Chinook and FWH with the Cents, Cascade and Amarillo. Maybe some of the last 3 at flameout too.
