I was going to bottle condition it but I wonder if it might be better in a keg?

I keg everything. Works out great but, on a beer like this you will want to let it age for a few months.

It's probably fine to keg. I disagree on conditioning for a long time. In my opinion, my Chimay clone tastes best within a couple of weeks of bottling. Anyway, it gives me an excuse to drink it all up within a couple of weeks, it's so damn delicious.
