I started Hightest's recipe a while back. I thought it stalled in secondary. I'm lazy so I didn't get around to dumping it for (ahem) a while. Just for kicks, I took a gravity reading. Just a tick over 1.000, Damn. It fermented almost to dryness! It's in tertiary now. I can't wait to try it.

Because I started in in February. It also stayed in secondary a LOT longer than the recipe calls for. At this point, I'm just hoping it turns out well.
