You know......this whole economy in the crapper thing might not be all horrible. If and when the economy rebounds, won't it be a prime time to open a business (no matter how small)? I mean, lots of businesses are falling (large and small) daily. By the time the economy rebounds (if)...wouldn't that be as good of a time as any to make a go of it?

Small place out my way - open 4 days a week, dinner only. https://www.crabbylarrys.com/They used to have pictures of their system online - it looked like a pilot-type setup.

Correct - you'd have to get in before it starts and survive until it happens.
