Beer: Belgian DubbelBatch Size (gallons): 5Original Gravity Target (specific gravity): 1.070IBU Target: 25Hop Aroma: noneBeginning Boil Volume (gallons): 6.5End Boil Volume (gallons): 5.5 Yeast: WLP 57511.50 Pilsner (2 Row) Bel 2.000 Munich Malt 1.000 Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L 0.750 Special BHops Either Saaz or Northern Brewer to 25 IBUs at 60 min.

For my tastes I'd add more munich and a little bit of Carafa I. About 4-6oz. of Carafa I and a bottle of Belgian Dark Candy Syrup. My grain bill is usualy 60:40 pilsner:munich.Mashman

I'd sub some of the base malt for 1 lb table sugar or candi sugar syrup to help dry it out. That's what the Belgians would do.
