Made 10 gallons of F. A. T. amber and kegged 10 gallons of 'Makes Joey Hoppy IPA' (A nod to CLipper city's Hop3 Ale) I didn't know there was any other way to make beer than 10 gals at the time.

Plans to revisit one of the first recipes I came up with when I started brewing: violet honey ale. Just going to revise the hops a bit.

I'm making 10 gallons of belgian golden/amber ale. Not sure where the color's going to end up, but we will call it goldenish for now.

I did a 10 gallon batch of American IPA.10# of American 2 row10# of British 2 row3# of Wheat1# of Crystal 601# of British Crystal 551/2# of Clear Candi Sugar3 OZ of Columbus for 60 min.1 OZ of Cascade for 30 min.1 OZ of Cascade for 5Safale 5 yeast.
