I'm kickin' the weekend off early by brewing one of my favs. "Come Buy Rye" is a beer I made for my girlfriend's graduation party last month. Problem was, there was none left over!! Time to rebuild the stock, oh and yes it is 10 gallons!JayB

I might try and roll twice this weekend on Fri night and Sat night too. I am thinking German Hefeweizen and American Pale Ale this go around. My stock is going to get demolished with this wedding next weekend so I better start building it back up now too.

I wanted to do a German Pils on Saturday, but I got side-tracked and I won't get my yeast starter going unitil tonight. So, it looks like I'll have to shoot for brewing next weekend. On the plus side, that leaves more time for drinking on Saturday. ;)

Can't say for sure it will be this weekend or early next week, but I have everything I need to brew the MLPA for the first time (looking forward to it) and a summer wheat. Happy Brewing! ;)

Sometime this weekend I will be racking a Barleywine and APA into secondary for dry hopping. Will be kegging an Amber. With warmer summer months coming on, it's time to start brewing Belgians. First up is a Belgian Rye Pale Ale I hope to brew this weekend.

Haha, my back doesn't like the way I think, with carrying the grains up and the wet grains down so many stairs.

Just cleaned up after brewing 13 gallons of kolsch, unfortunately I keep none of it. A good friends brother is having his 50th bday in august, although he is an AGer for years, he likes my beer. So he paid for a 13 gallon batch of kolsch, and a 13 gallon batch of belgian blond. I brew and give him half, and I keep half for myself. This half however goes to my co-brewer, who wasnt even here today. Tomorrow we are brewing the blond, and I keep the extra half of that. He will drop off 2 kegs 2 weeks before the party, and I will show up with his beer. Pretty good deal for both of us (all 3 actually).

10 gallons of Who Farted. Sort of a tribute to Two Hearted, not a clone but it will be all Cents. Haven't had this one around for a while. Cool, grain's crushed and the timer is on the HLT. Mashing around noon tomorrow when I hit the door.

If you ever go commercial with that brew, you might consider a name change for marketing purposes. I'm just saying...

I will make a pale ale, all Northern Brewer hops. And quite the teasing on this board about how you make 10 gallons at a time.
