Good stuff - I wish I had the time/money/pallet for this kind of thing. I mean - I might like the beers but I don't know if I'm nuanced enough to really appreciate them.

Huh, I always wondered how that was pronounced.

When I was in Europe I was told to pronounce it Hweezah. With like that hackin a lunger sound with the Hw. I've heard it pronounced many different ways.https://belgianstyle...unce/speak.htmlSecond one down.
