I am using the same grains for my recipe (as NB) just more for the larger batch.I just started the mashout, been gone for 3 hours -been busy.My Specs are a little different. This is there specs.Recipe Specifics Anticipated OG: 1.071 Plato: 17.31 Anticipated SRM: 10.1 Anticipated IBU: 213.5 They have the warrior hops as a flameout addition.I am using 1 oz at 10 minutes,1 oz at flameout.Columbus bittering. My anticipated OG: 1.071/ my IBU's 74.I am hoping for slightly more towards the hoppy side -than the malty side-this should be near balanced though.I out of Centennial and Cascade, and never made a 213 IBU.Not sure i want too.Anyone use Warrior hops? (17.2)Any thoughts on this are fine .Thanks.

Anywho.Hit my numbers on the OG, quite uneventful brew session.Remembered all the ingredients. Efficiency was 81%. :(
