I disassemble, rinse and air dry my connectors after using them for transfering beer etc.The problem is that before I learned to reassemble them inverted, I pinched more than one of those stinkin' gaskets.Actually I've damaged two beyond repair. Repair meaning: re-inserting, tightening and praying. So here's the part you need to replace the shredded gasket.$10.68 per Pack of 100 as of the date of this posting.4061T118 AS568A Dash Number 013Type O-RingO-Ring Type StandardCross Section Shape SquareWidth 1/16"Actual Width .070"Inside Diameter 7/16"Actual Inside Diameter .426"Outside Diameter 9/16"Actual Outside Diameter .566"Material Buna-NBuna-N Type StandardDurometer HardDurometer Shore Shore A: 70Temperature Range -20° to +225°FColor Black

Sorry,I should have been more descriptive. Here's several K words worth:Posted ImageIt fits both the liquid and gas connectors. And since I also use ball lock (under protest, of course) It also fits liquid and gas versions of these:Posted ImageWhen you remove the top screw, this is the gasket that stops beer, or gas from blowing out the top of the connector.

I have problems with the dip tube O rings previously speced, whether O or X profile. They keep getting ripped up when I install the posts onto them.I've found these flat rubber gaskets work a lot better and are exactly what I got from Fox previously.4061T116 $10.48 per Pack of 100AS568A Dash Number 011Type O-RingO-Ring Type StandardCross Section Shape SquareWidth 1/16"Actual Width .070"Inside Diameter 5/16"Actual Inside Diameter .301"Outside Diameter 7/16"Actual Outside Diameter .441"Material Buna-NBuna-N Type StandardDurometer HardDurometer Shore Shore A: 70Temperature Range -20° to +225°FColor Black

Really? I've used those post rings since I knew about them. Haven't had any issues yet. I noticed that the soda sented ones that I rip off are often square cross sections and I'm putting circular cross sections on, but still, no problems.

You putting lube on them? If not they could be binding when torquing the posts down?

It's particularly fun when you completely forget to put that o-ring back on before putting the connector back on a pressurized keg. It's a bonus if you forgot to tighten the connection as well. Yay! Beer fountain! :rolf:
