I have a bunch of other stuff to use..Or if you have a really good scottish ale recipe for all grain and no crystal..send it my way quick

Go with the Honey malt then, use it in a small amount 8oz. Honey malt is like crystal malt but it adds some honey flavor. I have brewed with it before a few times, not sure the honey flavor is strong but I think in a small amount it will stand in for the crystal and you probably won't percieve the honey if you are going for a malty Scottish.dungeonbrewer Posted Today, 11:29 AM Apparantely I dont have as much as I thought...German munich, smoked peat, belgian biscuit, choc malt, honey malt, aromatic malt..am I getting warmer?

I think this is probably what I would do as well given the options listed.Go with the Honey malt then, use it in a small amount 8oz. Honey malt is like crystal malt but it adds some honey flavor. I have brewed with it before a few times, not sure the honey flavor is strong but I think in a small amount it will stand in for the crystal and you probably won't percieve the honey if you are going for a malty Scottish.

+1You could boil one gallon of first runnings down to a syrup for a caramel flavor and body. That's what I do for my Wee Heavy.
