I brewed a Saison with the new trappist blend yeast. (Belgian ale yeast + Brett.)

Likewise,Brought my Historic Australian Sparking Ale.Them thirsty buggers, darned near drained the keg. Only two pints left!It was Goooooooooooooood!Lots of great beers.

Work is forcing me to take saved up vacation time. Today was one of those days.My Alt from 4-5 weeks ago is pretty lame right now. Bland and not interesting.
