No kidding, my beers are going to have mad head retention. Maybe I'll make a 100% dextrine malt beer. 'Hey! I can float a stack of quarters on this head!"Hope you find a good use for that. 50lbs of Caramel malt goes a long way in .5-1lb increments.

Hey, did you post about that beer on the other forum? I think I remember someone posting about a beer like that.I brewed a beer with 50% chocolate malt and 50% 6 row. turned out great. the beer had 6% alc. The wife can't get enough of it. super smoth. fermentatation to drinking in 2 weeks. I may even make it again.sound like a good malty PA or IPA comming your way. Remember to add a little extra hos to offset the sweetness of the nonfermentables.
