I got a pound of Northern Brewer Leaf (10.2 ) and after vacuum sealing it i had a total of 18.5 oz, so that was great. My pound of pellets (williamette/4.5) came out just a quarter of an ounce over, they smelled and looked great. Can't wait to order some more before too long. Just saying.

They have been really consistant with the pellets in the overage like you said a bit over a pound but nothing to much. Enjoy the hops they are great. All of mine have been fresh and green. I am tapping a keg of Columbus IPA that I brewed a month ago with the 2008 Columbus so I am excited for that too.

A group of us ordered 9 pounds a few weeks ago, the actual weight was over 10 pounds. When I calculated the actual cost per ounce, including shipping, it came out to about 92 cents/oz.
