As most of us do. It can take a long time to get ones brewery to the way one wants.A clear looking beer. It does look yummy. It was bottled. It was my first batch and I didn't have enough money to get a draft system. I bought some cornies and I should have the rest of the system fleshed out in a few months. I have to do a little at a time.

Problem is that its my first beer, so its hard to tell what hops taste like unless you have really good commercial examples. I will definitely brew this again though.Again, use the hops you like and use them how you see fit... you can't go wrong. I could see Mt. Hood for bittering with some late Cascades being very nice. Cheers!
