does your beer continue to get progressively hoppier over time, or does it kind of reach a certain point and level off?

I find that it reaches a point and levels off. Also, by suspending the bag about 1/2 way, the hops are out of the beer when you are at the 1/2 way point of finishing the keg.

it peaks at some point (maybe 3-4 weeks???) and then slowly becomes less hoppy with time. it's a slower decline compared to non-dry hopped beers I think.
