I have some 2278 Czhech Pilsner Yeast available and want to do a black lager. Here is what I'm considering60% Pilsner (2.0 SRM)20% Munich Malt (10.0 SRM)10% Flaked Maize (1.3 SRM)5% Carafa III (525.0 SRM)5% Caramunich Malt (56.0 SRM)0.50 oz Magnum at 60 minutes (23.9 IBU)0.50 oz Hallertau at 30 minutes (6.1 IBU)I am considering mashing at around 148.Thoughts... comments?

Looks nice. I have a dark lager recipe that I have made with 2124 and next week I am making again but this time with 2001 Urquell because I have it up & running. It's the Bordertown Dark Lager from my recipe page. Cheers!
